    Looks like Renovate proposed a version that was never published. Jackson 2.x releases skipped from the 2.19/2.20 line; there is no 2.22.0 in the com.fasterxml.jackson 2.x series on Maven Central. So this is a bad/nonexistent version bump, not a network or cache problem. I will close this one and hopefully renovate will pick up a valid in the next run.
