Serving static resources improved

Hi Lenya users,

thanks to Gregor, most resource mime-types are now
served "out of the box" by the Lenya core.

If you want to use a resource from all areas, you
have to put it in

     /resources/shared

I.e., if you request:

     http:/.../mypub/authoring/images/foo.png

and one of these files exist:

     file:/.../mypub/resoures/authoring/images/foo.png
     file:/.../mypub/resoures/shared/images/foo.png

it is served automatically by Lenya.
