forwarding from a servlet to a jsp

Hi all , 
i am trying to make a forward from a servlet to a jsp.
the request dispacher is requesting a / in fromd of the path 
since is looking for a erelative path 
how would i be able to make a forward to a jsp on the following directory
tree from my servlets to jsps? Is there a weay i could specify the path
where the jsps are in web.xml?

.\dms
      |- jsp
      |web-inf
                |-classes
                   |- some package
