XML.COM FOP article

Hi, all

In case it skipped anyone's notice, the opportunity to write an XML.COM 
article about FOP is still on the table. I think the parameters of the 
article are quite loose and could be expanded to include all FO processors 
without difficulty.

Contact Edd Dumbill, edd@usefulinc.com, and if you say you heard from me 
it'll explain to him where you're coming from.

XML.COM does pay for articles, incidentally.
