Hello friends, I'd like to propose adding a simple html view with a file upload form to the tika server in order to be able to upload a file and quickly get back it's text.  Actually, right now there's a /tika/form endpoint that only accepts HTTP POST. Why not also allow HTTP GET to that path and POST the submitted form? 

 

This will help users to very quickly test the Jira server functionality without the need to use curl. Also, it allows people in an organization to quickly extract the text of some kind of file for example using OCR without the need to install anything to their computers.

 

If the proposed feature is desirable I'd be happy to implement it.
