releasing a wagon-ssh-external snapshot

Hi,

A fellow in IRC is asking if we can deploy the external-ssh provider and
was just wondering if there's any reason why we might not want to deploy
a snapshot. I know the scp/ssh is being generally flaky lately and
didn't want to make things worse.

goals are in doubt.

Sorry, I was thinking of two sets of problems. The jsch problems and the
permissions problems with the external provider.

Just noticing all the grief with deployments of late and just didn't
want to make it worse is all.

I will deploy it now.

Snapshot of ssh-external != jsch?

Even if you are publishing snapshots of them all, I don't see this as a
problem.

We should, yes. Just double checking as I don't know if there's been an
upgrade in the jsch library that might be causing a problems.

Snapshot is a snapshot. We should always have the latest out there.
