   Yeah, updating the XSD location is good... it's used as a hint to XML processing tools to download the schema from that location if it doesn't already have a copy locally for that namespace (many IDEs ship with some schemas for well-known namespaces already). If the URL changes, because the website goes HTTPS only, or if we just want to provide a more secure source where the schema can be downloaded from, it's good to change that.
