Updated How To Build Fineract CN Page

Hello Fineracters,

Hope this email finds you in good health.

I just tidied up the How To Build Fineract CN page [1] with more links to
enable new developers easily build the platform.

You're invited to try building demo-server as at the commit merging Louis
Niyongabo's patch [2] and provide feedback.
