[jira] Commented: (INFRA-738) Create initial subscriber list for OFBiz lists, using input from OFBiz project

Brett Porter commented on INFRA-738:
------------------------------------

could have sworn I commented on this...

a plain text list is fine if that's how it is moved forward.

I'm not sure about this short of cutover. That means basically turning off the old lists and it will cause some confusion, won't it? I thought usually incubating projects basically let people come over as they wanted.

> Hi,
> The OFBiz guys will need to move their subscribers over to the newly created lists (thanks for taking care of that!). This will need to be coordinated with them so that a time window is found when they can generate the list of subscribers, send it, and then have the new lists 'go live'. Also, I imagine the subscriber list can just be a .txt file with a list of email addresses - is that correct?
> Thanks,
