New Pootle Account
Hello my name is Belkacem Mohammed
Please create a Pootle account for me. I state that my contributions are
under
the Apache 2 license and I will work on Kabyle Language

Hi, we don't have official "owners" of the Kabyle translation (or any
other translations, for this matter). I'm CCing Yacine who did the work
you can see online now. I suggest that you simply coordinate in order
not to overlap and we welcome contributions from the new team!

Hello Andrea,
Thanks for registering us.
We are a team of developpers and translators and wish to launch a
translation for our language (Kabyle). A language of algerian berbers.I
noticed that a project for Kabyle translation was initiated but almost
nothing was done.
Please, can we take ownership of this project since we translated Odoo ERP (
https://translations.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/8.0/+lang/kab,
https://translations.launchpad.net/openerp-web/8.0/+lang/kab,
https://translations.launchpad.net/openobject-server/8.0/+pots/base/kab/+translate)
and are going to launch many opensource solutions (firefox, Chrome,
Ubuntu....)
Most of translations are ready to be uploaded.
