[apache/incubator-teaclave] [Feature Request]add access to attestion report in teaclave functions (#449)

In some situation in teaclave functions we need to present the attestion report to other parties to authenticate to access some protected resources, or as proof of some kind of execution log for third-party validation or future audit purpose.
