The scripts could be simplified some more by:

* reducing used of environment variables.
* reducing number of ways that hostname is determined.
* consolidating service.sh and cluster.sh script into accumulo-service and accumulo-cluster.
* removing accumulo-watcher script, NUMA config, and multiple tservers which are special situations that should be handled outside of Accumulo scripts.
