0.8.8 or 0.8.9

Are we working on 0.8.8 or 0.8.9 now?  I notice that 0.8.9 hasn't turned up
on /httpd/ yet.

I would like to hold off on 0.8.9 until we fix some of the more major 
bugs noted on the known_bugs list.  0.8.9 is available from rst for 
testing patches and such - if you want to generate a patch note which 
build it's to.
