Official memo from Exadel Inc. about Struts Studio license.
Effective immediately, Exadel Inc. drop "on-site, customer pays for it,
audit" clause (paragraph 1.h) from Struts Studio license.
I wish you good lack in your everyday work and hope we can help Struts
community to make this world a little bit better.
PS. Don't ever think this issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. You
can not imagine the level of pressure Serge apply to his boss. It is pretty
much about month of effort, and - hopefully, - we are small company and do
have "legal department" (yet).

Yes. The current version is going to be free. See
http://forum.exadel.com/viewtopic.php?t=32 for more details.
We want to make some additional enhancements before releasing a free
permanent license.
