Uploaded patch #1 and a screenshot.
In the chart the slices represent the capacity scheduler's queue and the colour of the slices represent the actual memory usage of the queue - so basically this is a hybrid sunburst/heatmap chart.
There are two views / types of the chart, you can swap between them with svg "radio buttons": in "configured capacity" the sizes of the sunburst chart's slices are determined by configured capacity of the queues (defined in the config xml) and in "used capacity" they represent the actual memory usage of the queues. You can hover over the slices to display a tooltip with additional information about the queue and also click on them to open the queue info page. I tried to use similar animations to the other charts on the page.
