First cut of monthly board report

Hi Everyone,

I created a first cut our our first monthly board report.  It is pretty 
weak as I'm totally buried.  I need to submit it tomorrow so any 
review/update would be appreciated.

I've also decided to put these into the site svn repo so the source is
