Server Problem

I apologize for not knowing the proper protocol about reporting an issue,
but we are experiencing an intermittent connectivity problem with our
server: mirrors.sendthisfile.com in Amsterdam.  Our ISP is researching it.
Not sure if you can easily pause a system until the situation is rectified
or not?
