在纵向List中包含横向scoller时，占用内存过大，导致页面卡顿，安卓平台较明显。代码大致如下：

            loadmoreoffset="10"

    >

      <cell>

             <scoller

                            scroll-direction="horizontal" 
                            show-scrollbar="false"></scoller>

     </cell>

</list>
