The XSLFO standard changed the property referencing a page master from
master-name to master-reference just before finishing. Your FO files
still match the draft standard. Change master-name to master-reference
on the fo:page-sequence and other FO elements referencing a page master.
This is also documented in the release notes distributed with FOP.
