[PR] nimble/host: L2CAP CoC locking, lifetime and SDU ownership fixes [mynewt-nimble]

   Fixes use-after-free and NULL dereference issues on L2CAP CoC
   disconnection and connect/reconfigure failures, and fixes access to
   channel state without the host lock. ble_l2cap_send(),
   ble_l2cap_recv_ready() and connect no longer consume the SDU buffer
   on error, so apps that free it on error no longer double free it.
   That double free caused the hang in #2027. Includes unit tests and
   fixes for btshell and blestress.
