Enable running OQL performance regression tests with offheap.

Constraints:

    The test will be limited to the resource availability (Currently we have 25 m/cs with 300 GB max memory).
    The test needs to aware of the memory consumptions when the region is configured with heap and offheap (keys, region entries, etc).

Acceptance:

    OQL performance tests enabled for offheap.
