 [ Yes ] Checksums and PGP signatures are valid.
 [ Yes ] Source code distributions have correct names matching the current
release.
 [ Yes ] LICENSE and NOTICE files are correct for each EventMesh repo.
 [ Yes ] All files have license headers if necessary.
 [ Yes ] No compiled archives bundled in source archive.
