Hi,

I've added a link to the filters page for versions 2.0, 2.2 & trunk. I guess with mod_filter and those 
links, this bug can now be closed. Also, I don't know if it changed since this bug but the synopsis for 
RemoveOutputFilter implies that all filters will be removed: "Removes any output filter associations for 
a set of file extensions"
