Can we encode the Azure coordinates in a single string that could then be used instead of a local path? {{oak-run compact}} would then use that string to figure out the back-end.
In any case we need to coordinate this with {{oak-upgrade}}, which likely faces similar issues for side grades. That is, we should be using the same way to specify the Azure coordinates for all tools.
