### What do you see as an issue?
In the current 3.0 beta, backfills in the UI use `missing, missing + errored, all` for reprocessing behavior options. But current main docs and it appears the CLI use `none, failed, completed`. Ideally the UI, CLI, and API should all use the same language for the user. `missing, missing + errored, all` is likely to cause the least amount of confusion.
