Documentation drive

Following on from Ignasi's suggestion, here a first attempt to  
describe jclouds' core concepts. May still be a little too  
developer-centric (hence the initial location on the dev wiki), but I  
hope it's at least a useful start...

I think that it gives a good and quick overview of the main concepts.
Everett: We could take this into account when working on the new
design and put it somewhere it might help.
