URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/8122

   ## What is the purpose of the change

This PR changes keyed backend to use composition instead of inheritance for the `InternalKeyContext` logic.

This change is already covered by existing tests, such as all tests under `org.apache.flink.runtime.state` package.
