BaseSingleSegmentConversionExecutor tasks follow the pattern of:
* download segment
* processing segment
* upload the new segment
It will be helpful to check segment CRC first before starting a SegmentConversion task. Without this logic, minion will start the task blindly and fail when uploading segment, which will make minion do unnecessary works and increase the waiting time of other tasks.
