Where to find Win32 binary distro for Xerces-c 2.4.0

I have downloaded Xalan-c 1.7.0 which was tested with Xerces-c 2.4.0.  I am
unable to find any 2.4.0 distros.  Could anyone point me to a repository
containing Xerces-c 2.4.0 binaries for win32?  Thanks.
