Preconditions:
 # SSN1 and SSN2 are created
 # Two projects are created with same project tag on SSN1 and SSN2(for ex. 'proj')

Steps to reproduce:
 # Terminate project on SSN1 from DataLab UI

Actual result:
 # Projects are terminated on SSN1 and SSN2

Expected result:
 # Project is terminated only on SSN1
