at first i thought you broke the tooltips on the servers form (for example nothing pops up when you hover over these labels)
but then i remembered we only have tooltip text defined for delivery service forms. so rather than making this css apply globally to all forms, can you make it only apply to ds forms for the time being? when we get tooltip text defined for all forms, then we can make this css change apply globally.
