My final word on patch 20?

Patch 20 should _not_ be reversed. It corrects a bug (seeking the scoreboard
before it is reopened). However, it can be enhanced, in the light of my new
patch, by eliminating the update_child_status() at that point altogether. This
would mean that the scoreboard would say SERVER_STARTING until it really _was_
ready. Only of esoteric interest, I'll agree.
