Zach Smith closed BEEHIVE-351:
------------------------------

Not declaring a Control Impl Serializable or setting isTransient="true" results in the following build-time error as expected.

"A ControlImplementation class must implement the java.io.Serializable interface or set the isTransient attribute of @ControlImplementation to true."

> Looking at the tomcat log file after a Controls detailed test run, I see lots of errors of the form:
> java.io.NotSerializableException: org.apache.beehive.controls.test.controls.property.BoundPropertyControlImpl
> ...
> The JCS annotation processor should enforce that impl classes are marked as Serializable.
