'ATOMIC_FLAG_INIT'? [-Wimplicit-function-declaration]

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Peter: This might be caused by the recent change to the RISC-V GCC
Toolchain in the Docker Image. I have reverted the change, I'll restart
your CI Builds in a while. Thanks!
