The ResourceProcessor API underwent a number of changes such as the introduction of the ResourceOperation object along with its Coordination and Map<String, Object> context objects. The implementations needs to be updated to use these new interfaces and shift away from the Session object in favor of the Coordination.

This patch updates subsystems to use the new ResourceProcessor API. Most of the work involved the SubsystemResourceProcessor and BundleResourceProcessor classes with some cascading effects in other classes. The Session interface and implementors have been removed and replaced with the Coordination.
This patch also includes the contents of the following patches.
