Axis 1.2 RC2 not working on WebLogic 8.1

Hi,
I just tried updating the RC1 jar files with the RC2 release, but this
completely disabled Axis functionallity.
Looks like this is caused by the fix for AXIS-1597, Created AXIS-1674
for this.
