[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache Sling Distribution Core 0.2.10

Hi all,
more than 74h have passed and the the current vote can be considered
concluded and passes with the following resolution

3 +1 binding votes from following PMCs:
 * Robert Munteanu
 * Daniel Klco
 * Karl Pauls

3 +1 non-binding votes from following committers
 * Simone Tripodi
 * Timothee Maret
 * Tommaso Teofili

I am going ahead to promote the artifacts and release the version on JIRA.
