Site Permissions

Would all committers that have built the site recently make sure that 
they grant file access to the entire portals group please.  I'm not sure 
why this keeps on bighting us. . .but it does.  I just tried to deploy 
the site (mvn site:site site:deploy) and it errors out on 4 files.

There's some new documentation I want to push out with the release
