NOTICE: Roman working on the CI

Hi!

I'm now focused on making sure that this job passes:
    https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Packages/job/Bigtop-trunk-packages-by-jenkins/

Btw, whoever created it -- thank you! That definitely made
us more sane in our build process (and unblocked Zeppelin
among other things).

Now, if you see weird things happening on Jenkins today
that's because I'm selectively re-running jobs, killing jobs,
etc. I just want to make sure we're free from enviromental
issues (like ASF Git repo timing out on us) and are reasonably
close to cutting the first RC over the weekend.

And yes -- I'm still planning on doing that ;-)
