Deleting an integration now deletes builds, buildconfigs, and build pods, and deleting an integrationkit deletes imagestreams.

I've refactored the tests and (hopefully) fixed the CI. The main problem was due Github action recent changes that cached a lot of container images in the default base image, using all the space.

cool, the integration tests are passing, looks like the Travis CI test failed because it couldn't download openshift-origin-client-tools-v3.11.0-0cbc58b-linux-64bit.tar.gz.
I'm working on revising this PR anyway, so I'll check it once my changes are done.
