    atscppapi: Bug fixes in headers and atscppapi

    As discussed - there is now a wireStr() in Headers and I'm fixing a couple of bugs in intercept.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/manjeshnilange/trafficserver master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/62.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
