ETA for Struts 1.0?

I'm just wondering where things stand regarding progress towards Struts 
1.0. A while ago, Craig mentioned that the goal was for 1.0 to be done 
around the time of ApacheCon Europe. I believe ApacheCon Europe is next 
week, so I'm curious to know how close Struts 1.0 might be.
