   I tested this PR on Jenkins and `prepare` stage didn't succeed. 
   `20:05:38  .htaccess file does not exist. Exiting 1`,  http://jenkins.mxnet-ci-dev.amazon-ml.com/job/docs/job/yang-website-build-master/202/
   
   Current CI doesn't run `prepare` for each PR (only website publish pipeline does), so to test it you could get access to jenkins dev server and run website prepare
