Update attachment not raise to _changes ?

Dear all,

 

Is there any simple way to update attachment's document without raise it
up to _updates command ?

 

I may use &filter=something basing  on a particular field in _changes
command. But it seems quite complex. Each time update attachment, we
must update also this field, and for other "normal" updates to raise-up
documents in _changes, this field must be avoid.
