This is a patch that enables the DRT and controls performance tests to
run with other app servers.  It also includes a jonas-imports.xml file
for building and running the various tests with jonas rather than
tomcat.  Finally, it fixes a bug in
controls/test/webapps/controlsWeb/WEB-INF/web.xml.  

All tests pass with both tomcat and jonas with this patch applied.
