GSoC Airavata Local Agent Update (VNC Client) - 5/24

Hello Apache Airavata Dev Community!

I've been working on a user interface for Airavata (project title: Airavata
Local Agent) over the past week, and wanted to send an update!

*Update*

   - The ElectronJS application has been created, using Next.js
   (specifically Nextron)
   - Drafts of the following pages have been completed: homepage, login
   page, VNC client
   - The VNC client automatically connects to the Airavata VNC server

   - Waiting on Dimuthu's Figma file (will first create the UI components
   and add in calls to the backend, once the backend is ready)
