File upload with Tomcat5/IIS/ISAPI

Hello,

I migrated our webserver from Domino/dsapi/Tomcat 5 to IIS/isapi/Tomcat 5.
Now I have some problems with file uploads using commons-fileupload 1.0

When I upload a file using a form everything is allright. But when I reload
the page and resubmit the file, I get the message:

org.apache.commons.fileupload.FileUploadException: Processing of
multipart/form-data request failed. Stream ended unexpectedly

Also, when I use the back-button of the browser and select a different
file, I get the same message.

Both types of requests worked fine using Domino/dsapi....

Does anyone know what goes wrong here ?
