The ant tasks used to create wsdl from java and vice versa would be great in 
any ant based build process of client and server code. But these tasks are 
only found in the source in the test package, not documented and not found in 
the binary distros.

I would suggest
-move them somewhere in the axis package heirarchy
-do some basic documentation; there is some work in ant's sandbox to use 
xdoclet to do this
-mention them in the user guide
-include in the binary distribution.
