   ### Issue Description
   
   There was a mistake in Jetty 12 upgrade. It added the wrong Jetty ee8 BOM coordinates.
   ```xml
         <dependency>
           <groupId>org.eclipse.jetty.ee8</groupId>
           <artifactId>jetty-ee8</artifactId>
           <version>${jetty.version}</version>
           <type>pom</type>
           <scope>import</scope>
         </dependency>
   ```
   
   The correct BOM for ee8 is
   ```xml
         <dependency>
           <groupId>org.eclipse.jetty.ee8</groupId>
           <artifactId>jetty-ee8-bom</artifactId>
           <version>${jetty.version}</version>
           <type>pom</type>
           <scope>import</scope>
         </dependency>
   ```
