[HEADS UP] Releases this week (late)

Hi all,

first of all, I'm very sorry to be so late in some tasks in progress, 
especially the new website and releases.

This is my highest priority for this week.

Here's the schedule:

- Today I'm fixing the latest Jira for 4.0.4, I should be able to submit 
4.0.4 release to vote tomorrow
- In the mean time, I will publish the last changes on the new website. 
I will submit a vote based on that.
- For the end of this week (and during the week end), I plan to prepare 
new decanter and cellar release.
- Next week, I plan the Karaf 3.0.6 release.

Be sure I'm committed on this schedule !

FYI, there's itest failures right now on master: I'm fixing that.
